Just a note of thanks to the 2 guys who installed my equipment.  I am sure that your business is like most and that getting good people is hard to do…but for sure you have 2 great guys.
The 2 individuals were:
 - professional (indicated that if I had any questions to make sure I got in touch with someone)
 - clean (took off their shoes, cleaned up their mess (not that they made a mess) in the sense that the room looked as good after as it did before)
 - courteous
 - careful…in making sure they did not damage any walls
 - very knowledgeable about the product
 - very efficient in working as a team
At the end of the day if you asked me the question “would I hire these guys”….ABSOLUTLEY!!
I could not be more please and for sure I would recommend your business if any of my friends were in the market for exercise equipment.

I just wanted to pass along how HAPPY I was with the service I received from Sean today.
 
Sean was very patient and thorough in explaining to me the differences between machines. He explained why I shouldn't buy exercise equipment from Costco or Sears and why the TV product would not accomplish what I was looking for. He explained how to use the resistance bands in my program.
Your company has a long standing, good reputation and explained how to assemble my equipment.

Due to the space restrictions in my apt condo, I decdied upon the Bremshey stationary cycle and Sean made me feel confident in that decision (even though I hadn't compared prices or looked at other products).

Sean's background and personal training enabled him to answer my tough questions and he was only too obliging to give me advice on how to structure my workouts.
Anyway, I am looking forward to getting in shape and glad that I spoke with Sean before puchasing an air climber.
